The past 10 years of being a part of Dr Santoshi Singh’s institution has been a journey of both educating the younger generation and being educated in how important it is to be part of an empowered team to feel empowered at a workplace.
My journey has been an upward curve, where I have been given opportunities to grow and express my qualities in public, for which I’m grateful.
I am very honoured to write my journey with you . I joined Your organisation in the year 2015 July 7.
I saw an advertisement in the news paper and thought as it’s a preschool , there will be not much of work it’s just teaching alphabets to children and come back, as it was also near to my place , gave it a try.
Very first day I met Brunda Mam gave my interview and I was asked to give a demo . Believe me I had no idea how to teach , what are the teaching Aids I should choose , I was clueless . Somehow I was prepared for a story narration and gave a demo , after the three days of my demo I received a call telling that I was selected for the next round of interview and that was with centre director Dr.Santoshi Singh . That was the day I saw you , spoke to you , I was nervous though to talk to you . Then I was selected . I was excited as it was my first ever job in my life ..
Started my days , My thought of just teaching alphabets and rhymes was completely wrong , The curriculum was very vast . That’s where I got to know about what exactly pre school is . what all child needs for their growth and development. Days passed on I gained the knowledge needed on Preschool education . Along with this I started following you, I was inspired by your talks , guidance u give us , somehow I was very much inspired by you and I decided to myself I will follow you for my growth . I use to think that can I become like Santoshi Mam in my life , how independent , confident you are., question rose in me too can I also be as Mam some day .I knew that needs lots of efforts , dedication , and hard work …. My days started as a co teacher ,then I was a main teacher , Gradually promoted to Co Ordinator and Now I am the Centre Head of Eurokids Yelahanka Newtown .
My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Santoshi Singh Mam for recognising and giving me such an opportunity in educating Lil ones , educating myself and growing myself in all the aspects , I genuinely regret for the things which has happened during My journey .
During my past 5 yrs of Journey with you I have become more independent in all the ways , I am confident , I have learnt many values .
Today if I can talk very confident and boldly in public is only because of Mam , The confidence she built and guidance she have given me has made a tremendous change in my life.
